In order to ensure you are not rushed in finding your dream dress, we recommend that you begin dress shopping 7-9 months in advance of your wedding date to ensure that there is sufficient time for the designers to perfect the dress, transport it, and that we have time to finalise alterations. This is the ideal, not the absolute. 

Depending on the designer you move forward with, there is a 4-6 month lead time for all purchase gowns. 

We offer both purchase and rental options.  The average purchase price is between R20,000 to R28,000 but we do have a new range in store that average between R12,000 – R15,000. We also have a large selection of rental gowns, the average price for these are between R8.500 – R15.000.

We work by appointment, but walk-ins are welcome if there is availability, but this cannot be guaranteed. Our Fitting Fee is R250 Tuesday to Saturday, and we offer FREE fittings on Monday’s & Wednesdays. The Fitting Fee is payable in advance (via Payfast link) which we will send to you to confirm your appointment.

Our fittings are one hour and thirty minutes long and there is a R250 fitting fee to be paid in advance to confirm your appointment slot. You are welcome to try on as many dresses as you would like during your allocated time slot. Cancellations of fitting appointments will only be accepted 48 hours before your fitting.
If you wish to fit the dresses that you were quoted on again before making the big decision, you will not be charged for the second fitting

As much as we love the idea of a celebration in our store, we believe that your fitting should be as intimate as possible. We want the focus to stay on you and to ensure that YOU are feeling confident and like yourself in your wedding gown. We have found that sometimes too many opinions end up overwhelming the bride’s decision, and we don’t wish a stressful fitting upon any of our brides. We allow for up to 4 guests for each fitting.

Aside from your stunning self, we invite you to bring any undergarments (preferably a nude color!) or shoes that you are considering wearing on your wedding day.
You are also more than welcome to bring any pictures of dresses that you have seen on our website and added to your Wishlist or any that are on your Pinterest boards.

Once you have found your dream dress, we require a 50% deposit in order to confirm your order. We can then organise an interest-free payment plan over 3 monthly installments. this will depend on your wedding date.
If you are buying a sample or custom gown, we require a 70% deposit. We do have a card machine in-store

Alterations are not included in the purchase or rental price of your gown, unless stated otherwise on your invoice. We do offer in-house alterations at each of our branches, If the gown does require further alterations, they will be quoted separately from the dress.
Depending on the severity of your alterations needs, expect costs to range from R1,500 to R2,500 on average. For any major customizations or fit needs, costs can go upwards of R 4,000.

We keep a selection of dresses from each of our designers in-store, but not all dresses will be available as they may have been sold off the floor or are offered as Order-Only dresses.
